Artist Statement:
About my work :

In my paintings, I repeat the act of painting and erasing.

Always thinking about the relationship betwen something being erased and

the idea of the actual experience of disappearing.

In the experience of disappearance something is always lost.

Perhaps, the idea of being and non-being is not far apart in my work.

I like vagueness, I like my painting to be vague with a certain degree of

Subtlety. Vagueness and subtlety fire my imagination.

My work in not inspired by anything in particular. It is just a matter of

working in the process of erasing, eliminating and finding something new.

I try to clear off anything with the pretence of being beautiful or emotionally

unstable in my own life.
