Yekini Folorunso is the nephew of the celebrated sculptor Asiru Olatunde and trained as a sculptor under his supervision. His work employs the same methods and interests as Olatunde though his figures have a slightly wilder appearance and the relief carving tends to be less deep than in his uncle's work.
