Shipping/ Postage
John Martin Gallery will assist in gathering quotations for shipment of artworks to the customer. Shipping costs are to be paid for in full by the customer. The time scale for delivery will depend on the route and service level chosen.
All publications ordered through our store will be packaged at John Martin Gallery and sent by Royal Mail. Unless otherwise stated delivery should be expected within 3-10 business days.
All delivery times quoted are estimated and based on availability and normal processing and delivery times via external shipping companies such as UPS, DHL, Fedex and Royal Mail.
Duties and Taxes
Additional duties and taxes are mandated by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. John Martin Gallery has no control over or anticipation of these charges.
Returns
For sales made online, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To discuss a return, you can contact us at info@jmlondon.com. John Martin Gallery can help gather quotes and organise the return shipment if required - all costs associated with the return will the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery/collection and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or not as expected, we can then evaluate the issue..
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
