The bond between humans and animals has been a continuous theme in the work of Olivia Musgrave for the last three decades. At its heart lies the artist’s fascination with the nature of that relationship, of what it means to be tamed or untamed, as well as those transformations between animals, Gods and humans that recur so often in ancient mythology. Bringing together rarely seen early work including final editions, as well as several new sculptures, this exhibition offers a unique insight into this aspect of the artist’s work.
